The Wishloop platform is built to acheive as near as possible to 100% responsiveness across all devices and system set-ups.

Inevitably, however, issues do sometimes occur where the view in the Campaign builder and/or preview differs from the live version of the page or popup.

The most common cause of issues is text boxes whose boundary is too tight to the text

Its always best to give your text room to breathe inside its text box. Different browsers/devices have subtly different ways of rendering your chosen font and by drawing your text box too tight to the text, you run the rixk of the text needing to break to a new line and potentially conflict with another element below it.

So if your text is close to the margins of the box, try expanding the text box to provide a bigger padding around the text.

The following is an example of a campaign with lots of info, but realistic spacing; note the red lines for an indication of appropriate spacings

If you're having issues with your campaign then to solve the problem, check your text boxes for any that are too tighted drawn around your content and make sure to space your elements apart nicely. If you need more space, you CAN move elements outside the container box using the shift+arrow keys.
