As there is no mouse on mobile devices, tracking the mouse cursor to trigger the Exit intent (and page close) event is impossible.

To solve this problem, we allow you to configure a mobile fallback event option, giving you the ability to make your popup show on "Entrance" or "Scroll" for mobile visitors, instead of it not showing at all.

To setup this option, open the campaign settings for your own popup/conversion mat

Expand the "When to display the popups?" section in your campaign's settings screen, and choose the desired fallback option:
